Andrew Blake is a top-level personal trainer, yoga teacher, sport-science lecturer, physical therapist and breathwork coach who works closely with a wide range of elite athletes. When big wave surfers, international rugby stars, Team GB athletes or Redbull mountain bike riders need to push themselves to the next level…it’s Andrew that they call! Through breathwork, mindset training, and yoga, he will equip you with the tools to be energised, happy, strong and injury free.
St Ives Surf School are established salt-water specialists with the experience and approach to get you totally at ease in the ocean, catching and riding waves to the best of your ability, and beyond…Whatever your level, from complete novice to skilled surfer, these guys have the knowledge to provide encouraging, positive feedback and to guide you to the next level. Combined with Andrew Blake’s focus on physical and mental preparation, you will be amazed at how much more you can get from a surf session…

Rates start from £595 per person, based on two people sharing a twin/double room with shared bathroom. Single occupancy rates also available.
