Please note that we are currently undertaking development works around the resort, which will include many new and exciting facilities. We sincerely hope that this will not detract from your stay and we are doing our utmost to ensure that these works do not impact your visit. Villas
Our growing number of architect-designed villas at Una St Ives are truly exceptional places to stay. Each villa is designed upside down, so that living accommodation sits above the bedrooms, positioned perfectly to take in the ambience of the resort and the surrounding landscape. All villas have double aspect windows with Scandinavian-influenced interior styling and furnishing. Every villa comes with bespoke external space, including a hot tub for a further taste of luxury. There are a limited number of two and three-bedroom villas available for holiday let. Please contact our team to be added to the pre-release waiting list and we will be delighted to contact you once the amazing properties are available to book.

Lodges
Our attractive timber-framed lodges all have airy interiors and are maintained to the highest standard. You’ll find all the comforts of home here, including a superbly equipped kitchen and a spacious dining and living area, with a cosy log burner for the cooler months, and sink-down-deep beds for the perfect night’s rest. Each has a private outdoor space for al fresco socialising and dining and many have the added indulgence of an outside hot tub. There are two, three and four-bed lodges available, with or without hot tubs.
One-bedroom Lodge
Take time out, with a romantic couples’ break in one of our contemporary lodges, complete with an outdoor terrace.
Two-bedroom Lodge

Families
Una St Ives is perfect for families. Our villas and lodges are kitted out with all you will need for the perfect family holiday. Should you require specific equipment, for example for very little ones, this can be arranged in advance, while within the resort you’ll find a children’s swimming pool and family changing room, as well as high chairs and toys at Una Kitchen.
Pets
With a large green space on-site and so many coastal walks nearby, this is the perfect holiday location for your best friend. We have a number of pet-friendly villas and lodges available on request (just get in touch to book) and Una Kitchen also welcomes well-behaved owners and their dogs.
