Kingfisher Una Resort Limited (KURL) – in Administration
Richard Lewis and Alistair Wardell of Grant Thornton UK LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators of KURL on 24 October 2024.
KURL’S business ceased on to trade on appointment and all bookings made through the KURL were cancelled. KURL is in administration and its property is in the process of being marketed for sale.
The Una St Ives resort remains open to holidaymakers
All the lodges and villas at Una St Ives are privately owned and we’re advised can now be booked directly through holiday letting sites. Please see our Accommodation Page for more details.
The leisure facility at Una St Ives (including the pools, gym, spa and restaurant) is owned by Carbis Club Limited and not KURL. The facility is open and accessible to members, residents and guests staying in the lodges and villas at Una St Ives.
Freehold Land
The remaining freehold land and property at Una St Ives (aside from completed lodges, villas and plots that are privately owned) is owned by KURL and is being marketed for sale by the Joint Administrators agents, Lambert Smith Hampton. Please contact RBassett@lsh.co.uk if you are an interested party.
Creditors
If you are a creditor, you should have received formal notification from the Joint Administrators of their appointment with details of how to claim the amounts you are owed. Please let us know if you’ve not heard from us.
